As a ‘private chef’ he aims to finesse.
Food is an experience. It concerns service, a suitable setting and the right combination of wine and food. A good chef does not just cook great. He also has a passion, and fire in his eyes. “You are constantly thinking about ingredients, you want to offer something unforgettable, try to excel in your work”. In order to obtain his cooking techniques and production processes on high level, I have worked with star chefs.
As host at his location at the Spaarne, he aims to give his guest a welcoming feeling. It is not only about food, but also about warmth and hospitality. “Good food” is too little; when guests go home at the end of the event, you want to hear comments such as ‘This was a great evening’.
In Haarlem everything is being prepared for private groups that require exlusivity.
With the opening of a location in Haarlem, everything is within reach thanks to the beautiful surroundings and extensive production kitchen.
